This brokerage took a strategic decision in 2005 not to be involved with mega projects, condominium developments or main resort areas in Providenciales. In 2012, we pioneered the “Go Beyond Provo” campaign to promote property investment on other islands in Turks & Caicos, championing the special and unique features offered by each island.
Middle Caicos, North Caicos, Salt Cay and Pine Cay all have a very low population base, pristine indigenous environments and exquisite beaches. North and Middle Caicos are large by TCI standards but sparsely populated. The causeway connecting the two islands has brought a revolution to all by opening the door to much more communication and travel between the islands for work and pleasure. Both North Caicos has a small expat community base and over 400 rental beds available in season and roughly 2000 inhabitants year round spread throughout 5 village areas. Middle Caicos has only about 250 people, three small villages and a few ex-pat homes with about 70 tourist beds available in season. Salt Cay has a charming slogan : The island time forgot! With only 70-80 inhabitants it is a sleepy and tranquil island with can be circumnavigated in 3 hrs on foot. The harbor is a main feature, as your boat is safe and you are out fishing, whale watching or scuba diving in moments from the shore.
