Three Mary Cays, North Caicos…........Power has arrived!

Three Mary Cays is one of the most famous beachfront areas in Turks & Caicos Islands, with three small island nestled just off the shore. Great snorkeling, swimming, and beach walking await, with incredible  privacy.  The isolated location on the north shore of North Caicos is what makes make this beach a fabulous escape – and a fabulous property investment.

For almost twenty years, lots have been sold at Three Mary Cays, access roads improved and internal roadways completed – but no buildings on site. With the arrival of underground power to the subdivision, one of the major obstacles to construction has finally been lifted away. During 2014/15 a cosy sturdy beachfront cottage was built: two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open Kitchen/DR/LR facing the ocean and a front deck stepping down ono the beach! Middle Caicos is more remote, with only 250 folk but presents a truly  rewarding adventure for the brave!  This year has seen a major surge in construction across North and Middle Caicos, private homes, roadworks, and small resort development all underway.  The building process, materials access and workforce availability has never been better.  

Specifically for Three Mary Cays  the most critical factor is that power is now available underground throughout the Three Mary cays subdivision to the lot boundaries for site transformers and service hook ups.  This simple fact immediately increases the property values by making it so uch easier for new owners to build!  Road access from Whitby has been upgraded by government and two secondary access routes are open. The upgrade to the causeway linking the two islands is another very positive factor moving real estate values higher as those seeking a peaceful Caribbean destination slowly arrive.
